Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Invaitz platform. These terms govern your use of our digital invitation services.
By accessing or using the Invaitz platform, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Invaitz provides a digital invitation platform that converts traditional invitation cards into digital experiences accessible via QR code scanning. Our services include design, hosting, and delivery of digital invitations in image and video formats through our mobile application and web platform.
To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Our services are offered in three packages: Silver (₹2,499), Gold (₹4,999), and Platinum (₹7,999). All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before service delivery begins. All sales are final once the design process has commenced.
You are solely responsible for the content you provide for your invitations. Content must not be illegal, defamatory, offensive, or infringing on any third-party rights. Invaitz reserves the right to refuse or remove content that violates these guidelines without refund.
Invaitz retains all intellectual property rights in our templates, designs, platform, and technology. The invitation content created for you remains your property, but Invaitz may use anonymized examples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out.
Silver package invitations are hosted for 1 months, Gold for 2 months, and Platinum for 6 months of the platform. Invaitz is not liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds are not available once the design process has started. If Invaitz is unable to complete your order due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for incomplete work.
Invaitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your specific service package.
Your use of Invaitz services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
Invaitz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
